Presented by the State Bar of California's Environmental Law Section, this conference is nationally recognized as one of the largest and most prestigious gatherings for the leaders in environmental, land use and natural resources law. Note: Although Scholarship Deadlines have passed, there is still time to register! Please let us know if you are going as we may be able to pair you up with other students for lodging purposes. Also, if you need help with funding, let us know.

Conference on takings and environmental law at Boalt - Oct. 26- 27, 2006

As you'll see from the program brochure, the agenda for the upcoming conference focuses on several issues of particular concern in California and the West: the intersection of takings principles and water law; California's Proposition 90, and related initiative measures that are currently pending in many Western States; etc.

The State Bar of California offers full scholarships and tuition-only scholarships to attend the Conference. Applications for these scholarships are due Sept. 15! For applications, look on our board or go to http://www.calbar.ca.gov/enviro. If you are unable to get one of these scholarships and still want to go please contact us!
