Prop 90 Debate 11/1 12:30 in KN 100

Wednesday, November 1st from 12:30 to 1:30 in Kendrick 100.

Lunch will be provided.

This debate concerns a critically important initiative that would both limit government's power of eminent domain and impose a new regulatory takings law in California. USF is hosting two high-powered speakers to debate the initiative, Dr. Roger Pilon of the DC-based Cato Institute, and Mr. Richard Frank, who is a former CA Deputy Attorney General and now at Boalt Hall.

This event is co-sponsored by the Environmental Law Society because of Prop 90's implications for environmental regulation. By attending the event, we hope to encourage more informed voting and political activism! Please come!
